Built an operational financial fact-checking evaluator and end-to-end LLM evaluation UX, including backend integration, prompts, data processing and handover.
Shipped a full-stack Agent prompt-tuning tool in one week for five teammates; an earlier six-scenario tool stored 100+ finance/sports prompt templates.

AI Financial Summaries & Evaluation Loop

2024–2025

Led technical coordination for financial AI summaries; owned prompts for eight scenarios and built tuning and side-by-side evaluation tools across markets and asset types.
Used PM evaluation feedback to iterate prompts; independently shipped stock/index/currency price-movement summaries across UX, services and prompts in 2025.

M365 Copilot Connectors & Developer Automation

Migrated Confluence Cloud and On-Prem connectors; diagnosed shared label constraints and proposed authentication-specific labels.
Built reusable admin components and help/localization parity for 100+ connectors; resolved 10+ UX bugs and created 10+ Claude Skills for PR and development workflows.

Generative Community Products

2023–2024

Implemented the first AIGC poll-generation pipeline for 10K+ trending articles daily; shipped a poll experience reaching 100K+ consumption DAU with comments doubling.
Integrated AI-assisted writing across iframe, inline and sidebar editor experiences, handling theme, locale, postMessage and dynamic sizing; added error monitors and visual-parity tests.
